W-903 Revision 2.01 07/22 1. Previous versions could, at some point, crash when a new pallet was added to the INI file and then selected for use in the software. Corrected this issue. W-903 Revision 2.00 06/22 1. Support unload.ini file format from the etcher software since Revision 9.00. W-903 Revision 1.13 05/15 1. Updated software to handle more parts and, therefore, larger pallets. 2. Corrected colors on buttons on the checkout screen. 3. Added a warning when it appears that the offset and/or span are not set properly for a pallet. W-903 Revision 1.12 12/11 1. Updated information in the About box. 2. Added error messages in certain cases to help solve problems when they occur. W-903 Revision 1.11 11/11 1. Fixed some main screen layout issues that could occur when adding or deleting pallet definitions in the INI. W-903 Revision 1.10 11/11 1. If "Allow Editing" is false, don't allow access to Set Part Status. 2. If offset and span have not been set for a pallet, warn operator before transfer. 3. Corrected some INI entry values for 3 different pallets. 4. When setting offsets or spans, send idle pickup head to idle position quickly instead of slowly to prevent a possible collision. 5. Prevented an exception error at startup if a pallet definition is corrupted or lost in the INI file. 6. Improved some error messages caused by a bad INI file entry. 7. Added an option to Ignore All when an error picking up or placing a part occurs during part transfer. 8. Improved the start up handling of the pickup heads when a transfer is initialized to prevent some "motion not allowed" conditions. 9. If the current pallet in the SET file is no longer defined in the INI file, the software now selects the first defined pallet from the INI file to avoid error messages. W-903 Revision 1.07 10/11 1. Changed number of pallets down on CX9 to 3 from 2. 2. Added CX11 pallet definition. 3. Raise heads when software starts up. 4. Always turns off vacuum at end of transfer now. 5. If the number of pallets in the INI was changed to a lower number, an exception would occur as the pallet was updated. Fixed this. 6. If the number of pallets in the INI was changed to a higher number, could not set part status for new pallets. Fixed this. 7. In Set Part Status, allow all statuses to be set directly (don't require Clear Skip before full or empty). Removed Clear Skipped because it is the same as set empty. 8. In Set Part Status, on Set All, if there are skipped positions, ask operator whether to change skipped position status, too. 9. Set left head parts based on total columns to be transferred, not total columns on pallet. This means more cases where both heads are functioning. 10. Transfer status box was being cut off by dialog box being too small on some graphics cards. 11. When operator clicks on the grid on the main screen, now gives a dialog box to allow to set part status. W-903 Revision 1.06 10/11 1. Prevents dual head motion unless the two parts are separated from each other when picking up and when placing. W-903 Revision 1.05 10/11 1. Now, at the end of transfer, all slides go to idle position, even if transfer was cancelled. 2. Fixed problems with configurations that require single head transfer such as moving to a single pallet on the left side of the system. 3. Improved routine that handles parts found on the tip so that the part will be returned to the correct pallet position if it happens at the end of the transfer and so that the part status is preserved. 4. Enlarged the status box on part transfer so more information could be seen. W-903 Revision 1.04 09/11 1. Changed the way the routine that handles parts found on the tip so that the parts are put in the position they most likely came from or were going to instead of at the end of the pallet. W-903 Revision 1.03 08/11 1. Fixed a problem where the right pickup head would not move in some cases. 2. In some cases, the "unable to move slide" error message would be displayed twice. Eliminated the second message. 3. Improved the code that is used to prevent the heads from moving when something could be damaged without providing a warning message first. 4. Improved code that controls which heads move in sequence to prevent a potential collision. 5. Using a different technique to control motion when multiple heads are moving in order to make it more efficient and improve throughput. W-903 Revision 1.02 08/11 1. Made slide initialization routine more robust. 2. Prevented TTL I/O DLL error in demo mode. W-903 Revision 1.01 08/11 1. Corrected problem at startup. W-903 Revision 1.00 08/11 1. Initial Release.
